Leasing Agent
Job Description:
The Leasing Agent will manage rental properties, assist tenants in finding suitable spaces, and negotiate lease agreements.
Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in leasing or property management (1-3 years preferred).
- Knowledge of Dubai's real estate laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in using property management software.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel for property visits.
