Job Description:
The Telemarketing Agent will be responsible for generating leads, promoting products/services, and setting appointments with potential clients over the phone.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in telemarketing or a related field.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; Arabic or other languages (e.g., Hindi, Urdu) are a plus.
- Ability to persuade and handle objections effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a results-driven attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
